DFW Auto Show disclosure - Toyota / A Girl's Guide to Cars

I attended the Dallas Fort Worth Auto Show last year for the first time and it was an empowering experience, coupled with a bit of nostalgia thinking back of my first car, my white Toyota Camry. This year, I am attending the 2018 DFW Auto Show and I’m excited to see the possibilities now that my daughter has a driving permit and we’re thinking about her first car!

The Dallas Ft. Worth Auto Show will take place February 14-18, 2018 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center (formerly the Dallas Convention Center) in Dallas (650 S. Griffin), and will be fun for the whole family!

The show is open 10AM -10PM Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and from 10AM until 7PM on Sunday. Tickets are $14 for adults, $7 for kids and seniors and children 5 and under are free. Active military can get $10 tickets at the box office during the show!

The Dallas Fort Worth auto show is the best place to shop for a new car because there  is no stress or pressure to take away the fun of looking around and dreaming about your new ride, but you can have immediate access to expert advice, if you choose.

I’m excited to see what Toyota has in store this year. I was so impressed last year and I’m sure the CH-R, Camry, Tacoma, Tundra, and RAV4 Adventure won’t disappoint.

Besides the obvious bond I have with Toyota because it was my first car, my symbol of independence, I love the initiatives Toyota has in the Latino community. Plus, it is designed and assembled in the U.S.A., with Headquarters in Plano, Texas!

See you at the Dallas Fort Worth Auto Show! I am looking forward to seeing you there. I’ll be taking advantage of the test drive opportunity. It’s so fun to hop into a brand new car and show it around downtown! You will need your driver’s license, prove you’re over 21, sign a waiver and pass a breathalyzer – so we can be safe! (Like the cartoon character says!)

Values I rely on is the safety of the car plus gas mileage. Those are the two main then it goes on from there.

I'm looking forward to checking out the latest Toyota Tacoma. That became my dream car years ago and I love the style more and more with each model Toyota comes out with.

The first thing I look at when I'm considering a car is the gas mileage. After that I do some research on the dependability/cost of repairs, and the safety rating of the car. Even if the gas mileage is great, the car is out if repairs are very costly, or there are safety issues.
