I am a big fan of smiling – you could say that smiling’s my favorite! Smiling can positively impact your mental health and in order to have a winning smile and confidently show it off, we must go to the dentist to keep our teeth and gums healthy.

By smiling, you induce more pleasure in the brain than eating chocolate – and it’s contagious. So you can feel happy – without calories or cavities- and help others be happy, too!
