We will announce our Twitter Party prize weekly.

Prize winners will be selected at random.

Prize entries will be verified.

Prize winners will be announced during the course of the Twitter Party.

To be eligible to win prizes, you must fill out the RSVP form with your Twitter handle.

To be eligible to win prizes, you must tweet an answer to one of the Twitter Party questions using the Twitter Party hashtag.

By participating in this Twitter Chat and the promotion associated with it, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept the Official Rules.

Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 

Do not participate in the Promotion unless you meet the eligibility requirements.

Participating does not guarantee winning.

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

There is a limit of one Prize per person.

A Twitter account and Internet access are required for entry.

This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

This initiative is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Twitter.

Prize is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have a Twitter account prior to the time of entry.

Entrants must submit all required information to be eligible to win.

The transfer of Prizes or Promotion materials from an ineligible to an eligible person is strictly prohibited.

No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted; however, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value.

Participants that do not win a Prize will not be notified that they did not win.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

If, at the Sponsor’s discretion, a potential winner does not timely claim their prize and/or, the potential winner does not fully comply with the instructions or these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and, also at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Prize may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.

Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize or redeem a prize for cash, but the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value.

Winners agree to comply with all applicable terms and regulations in connection with the prize. The winner is solely responsible for all other costs and expenses. 

Taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. 

Host reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion.

By participating, you grant the host permission to use your name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising, trade, commercial and/or publicity purposes worldwide in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, including on the World Wide Web, at any time or times, in perpetuity, without further compensation (except where prohibited by law) and without notification, review or approval or further authorization, except where prohibited by law.
