Do you use strong women affirmations?
If you’re like most women, you probably didn’t learn how to have the best relationship with yourself. And, especially if you’re a mom, you might be hard on yourself, put yourself down, and tell yourself words that demonstrate you don’t believe in your own abilities. This is called negative self-talk, and it’s something that we all do to some extent.
But did you know that you can change the way you talk to yourself by using affirmations? Affirmations are positive statements that you say to yourself on a daily basis. They help you to start thinking positively about yourself and your abilities and to put more focus on the good things in your life.
In this blog post, I’ll share the best strong women affirmations that will help you upgrade your self-talk, so you can boost your confidence and become a stronger woman and a more positive mom.
What Are Positive Affirmations?
Positive affirmations are positive statements that you say to yourself in order to make yourself feel better, work on positive changes or achieve a goal. For example, if you have low self-esteem, you might say something like “I am comfortable in my own skin.” This encourages positive thinking and can influence your subconscious mind in a powerful way.
Affirmations can be used for any purpose, from improving your self-esteem, banishing negative thoughts, or overcoming anxiety.
Affirmations, positive quotes, positive words, inspirational quotes, positive mantras, and positive phrases can be powerful tools you can use to cultivate a positive attitude today. When you have a positive mindset, you make the best decisions and you nurture your inner strength to become a truly strong woman.
The key is to choose affirmations that are realistic and meaningful to you. Repeating them regularly, you can eventually start to believe them. And when you believe them, they can help you in your everyday life.
How to Use Affirmations
To get started with affirmations, choose one or two that resonate with you, and repeat them to yourself on a regular basis. It’s important to use language that feels positive and empowering to you, so I encourage you to experiment until you find the best wording. Make sure you say your affirmations in the present tense.
You can say your affirmations out loud or silently, but repeating them aloud will help them to sink in more deeply. You can use morning affirmations or spread them throughout your day. Remember, the more you use powerful affirmations, the more impact they will have on your daily life!

Beyond Strong Women Affirmations
While affirming yourself is really important, it’s even more important to understand the real meaning of strength. Being positive requires acknowledging that there are no negative emotions or negative feelings. All emotions are positive emotions because they are essential in the human experience.
All of your emotions are telling you what is going on inside of you. A strong woman, a strong mom, validates her emotions and takes care of her mental health. A strong woman is vulnerable.
My daughter told me this last mother’s day: “Mom, the best thing you’ve ever done for me is not trying to be strong and just cry with me.”
Being strong does not mean suffering in silence or pushing yourself, but instead using your inner dialog to acknowledge your struggles and your pain. And when you do this, you can be a safe space for others, including your children.
As you validate your emotions and choose meaningful affirmations as a regular practice, the power of affirmations will work wonders for you.
